We know how difficult it is to move, whether it’s your first relocation or your 15th. Because of our extensive experience helping relocating military families, we are especially attuned to the need for proactive communication and quality of service. We seek to establish an ongoing rapport with every tenant; we consider ourselves ambassadors for the “good life in North Country.”
From the initial property search to the final inspection and move-out, we serve as your liaison and are available to answer all your questions. We assist with the application and approval process, prepare and inspect each property prior to move-in, arrange for easy payment of rental fees, and coordinate any needed repairs and routine maintenance.
We maintain a 24-hour phone line and respond quickly to any unexpected emergencies.
